Used based on quality and level for how many dbs/meteors you will need in order to upgrade an item. I'm not sure how it works, so i don't know if a calculator like this would be possible, but it would be very helpful!

well... for the gaurenteed ones in market i guess we could make a sort of chart thing since those are always the same... but TC has luck along with a few other variables and does not have a gauranteed formula, but if you want to know how many mets you need in market, you can always just repair it and ask the guy to lvl it and he will tell you that you need X number of mets to lvl that item
